There is information on a range of areas including repairs, housing management and estate services. In addition you can find out how we manage our tenancies and let our homes and how we can provide support to our residents and service users.


What we do?

Regenter manage properties in Brockley on behalf of London Borough of Lewisham, there is a mixed tenure of Council Tenants and Leaseholders.


Customers Services

Our customer service team welcomes you as you come to the office, and answer the phone when you call. They also deal with rehousing queries and Garage lets.


Tenancy Managers

Tenancy Managers are responsible for all aspects of your tenancy except rent payments, repairs and rehousing.  They deal with antisocial behaviour, process all occupancy changes and carry out estate inspections.  From time to time, they may also conduct unannounced visits called tenancy audits.  The purpose of the audits is to ensure that the properties we manage are occupied by legally rightful tenants.


Income Managers

Income Managers work closely with you to ensure you maintain regular payments to your rent account.  They also help you maximizing your income by making you aware of all welfare benefits you might be entitled to and referring you to relevant agencies that can assist.  Their job also includes effectively dealing with any rent arrears and maximizing income recovery. 


Leasehold Services

The team deals with all aspects of your lease and any enquiries that you might have.  They are also responsible for ensuring that the payments to your Service & Major Work Charge account are regularly maintained. 


Estate Services

The Performance Manager and his team dedicate a wealth of time, knowledge and skill to ensure that your blocks & estates are clean and the grass areas maintained.
